It delivered affordable, all-in-one performance for bashers looking for an upgrade after the first brush-engine vehicle, and for any driver craving ARRMA® toughness and speed
This new version marks the next evolutionary step in the powerful ARRMA® 4X4 4S platform - longer, wider and more robust than the previous chassis for even more stability and control. It also includes a full Spektrum™ electronics package and is the first ARRMA® 4x4 to feature a brushless Spektrum™ 4S drive system.
The footprint of this KRATON® 4X4 4S BLX Speed Monster Truck is 16% larger than the previous model, with higher shock towers, longer shocks and wider control arms for longer, smoother suspension travel. Transmission stability has been strengthened with the installation of steel input gears, steel main diff gears and CVD driveshafts. For unstoppable off-road performance on dust and grass to parking lots and paved surfaces, the upgrades are complemented by proven previous features. These include a strong composite chassis and retained hinge pin plates; skid plates front and rear; steering with more ground clearance for rocks; a crown-shaped slipper pad and sliding gear teeth; and rubber-sealed bearings all around. The KRATON® 4X4 4S BLX also incorporates ARRMA®'s signature easy-access modular design to make routine maintenance quick and easy.
Constructed of premium rubber, dBoots® Copperhead 2 LP tires offer an aggressive, chunky tread pattern for excellent traction on a variety of surfaces. They are also vented for improved durability in conjunction with water. The truck body has a tough, injection-molded rear wing and comes factory-installed in two exciting color schemes. Bumpers front and rear protect against impacts, and a wheelie bar with rubber tires offers powerful stunt potential
The ready-to-run package is completed with a Spektrum™ SLT3™ 2.4 GHz remote control with SR315 receiver and a stronger, faster Spektrum™ S652 digital servo. Grab your battery, charge it with your charger and insert "AA" batteries into the transmitter - and you're ready to compete with the best at bashing!
