Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) makes you go faster
Traxxas Stability Management® (TSM) lets you experience the extreme power, speed, and acceleration inherent in your Traxxas RC vehicle by greatly improving control on slippery surfaces like loose dirt, slick concrete, and even ice and snow. Go ahead, step on the gas! TSM senses the RC vehicle's direction of travel and makes steering corrections to allow full-throttle acceleration in straightaways without loss of control. When cornering, TSM intuitively corrects stability for higher speeds. TSM also improves braking performance by keeping the direction of travel straight until you come to a complete stop.

No unwanted side effects or decoupled driving experience
With TSM, you can enjoy all the benefits of advanced electronic stabilization without sacrificing driving enjoyment. Traxxas engineers have developed superior tuning algorithms that run on high-speed, precision electronic components to create a system that works invisibly in the background without limiting RC driving fun. TSM delivers sharp and precise responses rather than a dull, disconnected feel. TSM can be fine-tuned (or turned off) for different surfaces by using the multi-function button on the TQi transmitter or the slider in the Traxxas Link app. Drive faster, with more dynamics, and have more fun! In fact, you may not even realize how much TSM is helping you until you try driving without it!

How does TSM work?
TSM works in the receiver and has TQi transmitters equipped with a multi-function button. It requires no additional setup or configuration. The multifunction knob is used to set the level of assistance provided by TSM. More assistance tightens control, virtually eliminating unstable acceleration and drifting. Less assistance allows the vehicle more leeway for controlled drifts and "steering" with the gas pedal. TSM never limits the fun of driving. The driver always has complete control over performance. TSM can be easily turned off by simply turning the multifunction knob counterclockwise until it stops. TSM can also be set in the Traxxas Link application. The control icon is located in the "Garage" in Traxxas Link and also in the "Drive Effects" screen. Each model has specific software that is tuned to the model. Traxxas Link remembers the TSM setting when the driver uses the same transmitter and switches between different TSM-equipped models.

Spare tires strongly recommended..
While the mission at Traxxas is to build vehicles that are break and wear resistant, if you like to pull hard on the throttle often, you should expect increased tire wear. Fortunately, with monster hop-ups, there are always supplies. While it's difficult to go full throttle for extended periods of time without TSM, especially if the RC vehicle is configured with brushless motors and 3S LiPo batteries, TSM does allow for full-throttle acceleration on virtually any surface, and if you want to rubber up, the tires don't stand a chance. Keep an extra set handy, especially if you're driving on asphalt and concrete.
